Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to persons aged 18 years and older. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Strain Stash reserves the right to verify age and identity at any point.
2. Private Club Status
Strain Stash operates as a private members club. Access to the club, its products, services, and app is restricted exclusively to approved members. Membership approval is at the sole discretion of Strain Stash management.
3. Application-only launch
No payment is requested during the application-only launch. Membership sign-up is free for a limited time, and the first 300 approved members join free of charge. Thereafter, membership will be offered at R50 per month or R420 per year; these paid terms will be published and approved before they are enabled.
4. Membership Conduct
Members agree to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully at all times. Any conduct deemed inappropriate, illegal, or harmful may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
5. Compliance with Laws
Members acknowledge that they are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Strain Stash operates within the legal framework of the relevant regulatory environment.
6. Confidentiality
Members agree to keep all club information, member details, product information, and internal club communications strictly confidential.
7. Membership Tiers & Rewards
Membership tiers are assigned and upgraded at the discretion of Strain Stash management based on loyalty, order history, and club participation. Tier benefits may change at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Services & Availability
The Grow Shop is operational and open to the public. Membership application, ordering for the Stash Shop, delivery, and subscription payment workflows remain under development or pending regulatory approval. Services may be enabled or disabled at Strain Stash's discretion as approvals are confirmed.
9. Suspension & Termination
Strain Stash reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion. Terminated members forfeit any accrued benefits.
10. Privacy & Data
By applying for membership, you consent to Strain Stash collecting and processing your personal information for membership management, communication, and service delivery purposes. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Profile photos you upload are processed for display within the app. Map and address search features use third-party geocoding services (Photon/OpenStreetMap) to locate your address; coordinates are sent to those services to provide results. We share data with service providers only as necessary to operate the platform, and as required by law.
11. Amendments
Strain Stash reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the member app or email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
13. Acceptance
By applying for membership and using the Strain Stash platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
