Membership is open to persons aged 18 years and older. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Strain Stash reserves the right to verify age and identity at any point.
Strain Stash operates as a private members club. Access to the club, its products, services, and app is restricted exclusively to approved members. Membership approval is at the sole discretion of Strain Stash management.
No payment is requested during the application-only launch. Membership sign-up is free for a limited time, and the first 300 approved members join free of charge. Thereafter, membership will be offered at R50 per month or R420 per year; these paid terms will be published and approved before they are enabled.
Members agree to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully at all times. Any conduct deemed inappropriate, illegal, or harmful may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Members acknowledge that they are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Strain Stash operates within the legal framework of the relevant regulatory environment.
Members agree to keep all club information, member details, product information, and internal club communications strictly confidential.
Membership tiers are assigned and upgraded at the discretion of Strain Stash management based on loyalty, order history, and club participation. Tier benefits may change at any time with reasonable notice.
Catalogue, ordering, delivery, and payment workflows are disabled until the relevant legal, compliance, payment-provider, and operational approvals are recorded.
Strain Stash reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion. Terminated members forfeit any accrued loyalty points or benefits.
By applying for membership, you consent to Strain Stash collecting and processing your personal information for membership management, communication, and service delivery purposes. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
Strain Stash reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the member app or email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
